My Philosophy

I view the body as a whole, using what many term the "Holistic Approach". I believe in the body's ability to heal itself, and view my role as a facilitator of individual healing. Wellness starts from within. To have total health, we must first address all three levels- body, mind and spirit, to bring about balance and wholeness.

About Me:

The world of bodywork and massage therapy is my passion! I firmly believe in its benefits on the body, mind, and spirit as I have seen these demonstrated over my 12+ years in the field. I am a long standing member of the ABMP (Associated Board of Massage Practitioners). Over the years I have worked in various settings, such as spas, health clubs, doctor's offices, and hospice care. I learned a great deal from each. Now I specialize in therapeutic care, focusing on those clients that are in pain and need rehabilitation and healing.
